The collaborative spirit at Renuity fostered many rewarding projects and provided ample opportunities for professional development. • Personal and Professional Growth: During my tenure, I gained valuable insights and honed my skills in a dynamic work environment. I appreciated the learning opportunities that helped me refine my expertise in human resources and talent management.

      Leadership Support: One of the primary challenges I encountered was a noticeable lack of leadership support. Clear, consistent guidance from senior management would benefit team morale and overall performance. • Expectations and Direction: I found that expectations around roles and responsibilities often lacked clarity. Establishing more transparent communication channels would empower employees to perform at their best. • Management Style: An environment of micromanagement hindered my ability to contribute fully. I believe that embracing a more trusting and empowering management approach could significantly enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
