Pros

Some coworkers are supportive Snacks and meals sometimes

Cons

Forced 5 day in office policy even when not necessary. Many people were promised hybrid or at least one day remote per week, this was completely reversed and set to 5 days in office CEO Daniel Gluck shows little understanding of employee engagement, long-term retention and modern management practices. Turnover is high, trust is low, people are NOT happy. Leadership focuses more on saving pennies than investing in employees. Toxic culture driven by fear and micromanagement rather than collaboration. Attempting to motivate employees with "crumbs" such as just one day remote (per quarter) if company meets or exceeds budget performance in previous quarter, which is a huge step backwards and will affect employee morale

Pros

Decent pay for amount of work.

Cons

I experienced a disheartening incident of discrimination at this company. I am a gay employee, and when I reported a hurtful and discriminatory comment, I expected a supportive response from HR. Unfortunately, the investigation fell short on expectations. They concluded that there wasn’t enough evidence to support my claim, leaving me feel unheard and unsupported. Instead of appreciating a fellow coworker for approaching me about this hurtful comment that was made, HR seemed upset and dismissed the matter as “gossip.” This response sends the wrong message to employees who wish to report incidents, creating a culture of fear around speaking out. The coworker who made the offensive comment was never reprimanded or suffered any major repercussions (he was a supervisor)

Pros

I can’t think of one thing.

Cons

Leadership is highly flawed, politics is huge here, and after about 8 months when you are looking to get promoted or get a raise they will try and find ways to fire you. Also the jobs they want you recruit for are jobs that are paying 14$ per hour.
