      Our salaries and benefits are competitive within its industry and geographic territory. Republic Finance is a retail establishment that requires staffing to meet customer needs. Hours of operation are normally 8AM to 5PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30PM Monday through Friday. There may be instances where employees are asked to work beyond those hours in order to achieve branch goals, which are reasonable and attainable, or to complete services for a customer. Any concerns regarding upper management should be reported to executive management in the corporate office or to human resources. Several methods are provided to employees to report any suspected inappropriate behavior or activities for investigation and resolution, or to report any need for improvement.

      You either have finance in your blood or you don't, if you don't you won't stay long. This is a very challenging career.

      Great bonus programs, hours are good, very friendly staff

      Cons

      Needs to establish a training facility for new hires vs. just throwing them in an office advising them to read policy. Needs more employees in a branch to accomplish the required expectations of upper mgt.

      Republic’s training program is highly successful. Training is monitored for proper delivery and completion, and any branch specific deficiencies should be reported to senior management for resolution. Occasionally, a branch may fall below target staffing levels, but this should not happen often. Extended periods of understaffing that is not explained by the Manager should be reported to upper management for appropriate attention.
