My favorite part about working here is the people. This company has such an amazing culture and are so supportive in helping you to be successful. They are very big on collaboration within teams and across departments. I look forward to coming in and seeing everyone in office and enjoy the hybrid schedule. I've learned so much from the leaders at this organization and appreciate the growth opportunities within the company.

Pros

I am excited for the vision and future at Reputation. It's been tough over the last few quarters with changes but leadership has been open and honest about the Transformation the business is going through. They are driving a message of focus, collaboration and trust to get to the next level and I can really see that in the way teams are collaborating cross functionally on product releases, events, presentations, and more. The people are amazing and I know there is a big opportunity here for people willing to be a part of this stage of growth.

Cons

Challenging to manage through transformation, but with transparency and communication the team will be able to handle.

Pros

Extremely friendly atmosphere. Great benefits. Free lunch provided multiple times a week. Free Snacks everyday. Amazing HR and Admins. Beautiful office with top of the line amenities. Flexible schedules and great PTO/Sick time. On-boarding is great and seamless for the most part.

Cons

Company has a history of out-sourcing via temp agencies off-shores and domestically (hard to become a full-fledged employee at the entry level). Terrible off-boarding process. Unprofessional executives, management, and leadership. Growth is difficult without maintaining a friendship with the shot-callers. Very likely to conduct layoffs even though they have stated numerous times to be against it.
