Pros

The Reputation.com name is recognized because their ads play everywhere, so that's nice. They also have free lunch and will give you their base product for free, but the value prop of their product is unclear unless you're wealthy or being stalked by strangers

Cons

People who want their online past erased are not college students with drunken photos, they're finance people who were caught embezzling, doctors who committed malpractice, folks who committed sex crimes, etc. Working with them is extremely demoralizing and feels slimy. Their hours are extremely long and they recently lost a lawsuit for not paying sufficient overtime. The company is led by a Harvard-guy who really drinks his own Kool-Aid and has a matching haircut.

Pros

I've been working in the Consumer team at Reputation.com for almost a year, and I've learned more than I did in the last 3 years of my prior job. It's a startup environment where you're still encouraged to try new things, while also learning what has worked for many years already. I like the mission of the consumer and executive privacy products because people have limited options in this area, and I believe that they should have every right to see and manage their personal information online. Reputation.com has proven its market fit and knows how to acquire customers, and I have learned so much that I could apply to future products and markets. The pace is fast but not furious and the company generally respects the importance of your personal balance. Lunch is served most days of the week. Health benefits for 2015 are much improved from last year.

Cons

There's less structure than many companies. You are likely to be given plenty of autonomy, which can be difficult if you prefer structured training and assignments.

Excellent place to work and learn quickly

Pros

Reputation.com offers a great work environment for anyone looking to work at a fast-paced start-up with smart individuals who are trying to push the sales & technology envelopes on a daily basis. Moreover, since this is still a smallish firm, you get the opportunity to wear multiple hats, sit in on meetings with key executives and in general, accelerate your learning across multiple product/engineering/business fronts, should you choose to do so. Finally, and importantly, the company also provides excellent benefits and 3x per week meal service.

Cons

It is still a small company, so anyone who is currently working at a large firm needs to be aware of the same. You will likely be a good fit here if you are a smart, hard-working and ambitious individual who is comfortable dealing with and adapting to some ambiguity.
