Pros

- Great people (who are left) - Flexible PTO

Cons

Leadership is disconnected and misaligned, with poor communication both among executives and to the rest of the organization. Top talent is leaving across all departments, from senior leaders to individual contributors, on what feels like a weekly basis. What’s left is a group of burned-out employees carrying the weight with no clear direction, no recognition, and a constant fear of being next on the chopping block. Reputation used to be a place people were proud to work. Now, it feels like survival mode. There are some attempts being made to turn things around, but the general sentiment is that it may be too little, too late. Morale is at an all-time low, and people are actively looking elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your candid feedback. We're sorry to hear that your recent experience hasn’t met expectations. Your perspective is important, and we want you to know we’re listening. We understand how difficult it can be when valued colleagues depart, especially when their absence impacts workload. Our intent is not to maintain the status quo or place additional burden on remaining team members, but rather to use these moments as an opportunity to reassess priorities, streamline efforts, and work more efficiently until an appropriate backfill can be assessed. If you’re feeling unsupported, we encourage you to connect with your manager or HRBP, we’re here to help. We recognize that morale, retention, and communication are critical focus areas. While we know there’s room to grow, we remain committed to strengthening leadership alignment, enhancing transparency, and building trust throughout the organization. Thank you again for your honesty and for the continued contributions you make as part of our team.

Pros

- Talented and hard working colleagues who are committed to their roles. - Exposure to Reputation Management industry & SaaS environment - Flexible PTO & flexible working schedules

Cons

- Growth opportunities are extremely limited, with leadership frequently hiring external candidates sourced through personal connections rather than considering internal candidates for advancement - Leadership changes in CS have contributed to an environment where employees feel under valued and under supported - Multiple leaders/ middle managers have raised concerns about gender equity and workplace culture, yet these issues remain unaddressed - SLT & HR have been made aware of these concerns by numerous leaders who have since left, but meaningful action has not been taken - Concerning budget cuts in CS have led to layoffs and stagnant wages, causing current employees to have increased workloads without additional compensation - Variable pay KPIs often change without notice making it difficult for employees to reach their goals and earn their full bonuses

We appreciate your feedback and your recognition of your talented former colleagues and Reputation's flexible working programs. We are disappointed to hear about your other experiences as they do not align with the standards we strive to uphold. We take your concerns about growth opportunities, workplace culture, leadership, and inclusivity very seriously. The company has recently rolled out an enhanced annual performance review process that fosters more productive conversations between leaders and employees about performance and growth opportunities. We've also identified two key projects for this year, which include delivering manager capability and leadership effectiveness training, as well as developing and implementing a career growth and development framework. Senior leaders and HR continue to listen to employee feedback and implement changes that acts on this feedback, however, change is a continuous process and can sometimes take time. Reputation is committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment, and we encourage open and honest feedback to help us improve. We are disappointed that you feel your concerns were not addressed appropriately.
