Pros

Free lunch...but there isn't really isn't such a thing as a free lunch.

Cons

I worked for them for a short time, but sensed something was very wrong within the first 3 months of my time there, so I quit abruptly, even though I had no other job lined up. I am certain it was the right decision, especially after seeing the horrible reviews here month after month, countered, of course, by the glowingly artificial 'great' reviews (does anyone really express themselves naturally how they are written?) that are obviously fakes. It's your choice, but you can do better just looking elsewhere without any inopportune headaches or leftover heartburn. After walking away being told I just didn't meet their standards (joke), I now have a job that pays twice what my salary was there. I also understand how precarious the future of the company is, given the way they actually make their money after researching them (should have done it the first time) long and hard.

We are glad you've found a role that better suits you after your departure from ReputationDefender, our Consumer subsidiary. We do not solicit or directly post false reviews to Glassdoor, but often hear this concern from reviewers. Because we're a thought leader in how to manage online reputation, our positive feedback is often called into question. All of our reviews, positive and negative, are organically generated by prior and current employees. We certainly encourage all employees to review us here, and find that the star rating we have and the feedback we see on this page is an accurate reflection of the culture and work experience of our employees.

Pros

NONE, snacks and free lunch 3 times per week, I guess.

Cons

They are in the business of burying bad reviews with good ones so they are trying to flood this site with positive to bury the bad ones. This is one of the worst companies I ever worked for. None is set for success specially if you are a woman. If you are a woman, expect inappropriate comments and only woman who put up with that are still around. They have only one woman in leadership position and is because she laughs at the very inappropriate comments. The product is extremely unreliable and clients churn is extremely high. It's hard to keep clients happy when your product sucks. Internal communication does not exist and this is exposed to clients. Everyone there is unhappy, people join the company and it does not take them very long to realize what a toxic place this is. VERY, VERY few people stay more than a year. ZERO culture and values.

As the head of HR, and a woman, I would like to make sure it is clear both to our current and former employees - and to any potential candidates - that we do not tolerate any form of harassment or inappropriate conduct in the workplace. I have built an extremely approachable and responsive HR team, and we are always willing to step in and ensure everyone at Reputation is treated fairly and with the utmost respect in the workplace. If you feel like your concerns were not addressed properly by me or my team, I would very much like to hear about it. I hope you found a great place to land after leaving Reputation, and thanks for your feedback!

Pros

Nothing-- maybe the free snacks but that's about it. Hr tries to have get together but it's so awkward and intimidating for everyone.

Cons

Where do I start, if want to work for the crappiest , toxic company then you've found it. Ceo is terrible, hr is a joke. There's so many tech start up in the valley that is 100x better than this company, made the mistake of coming here. If you are desperate and have no choice than bite the bullet; seriously save yourself from having future heart attacks or even cancer from working here. Not a healthy place to grow, colleagues are scared out of their minds...don't know how a company like this is still running. Don't believe me -- go try it...dare I say I didn't warn you about Reputation and its reputation. Runnnnnnnnnnnnn!

We truly hope that you have found a place where you are happy after your departure from Reputation. While HR can't always make every employee happy, we do try to be approachable, empathetic, and respectful of every employee's experience. We wish you'd come to us to discuss your concerns - but ultimately it sounds like you made the right decision for you. Best of luck!
