The program works, if you work the program :) Meaning: If you give it your very best, if you work hard, make yourself heard, don't rest on your laurels, don't take advantage of the extras, and genuinely care about your future here, as well as that of the company, you will go far. Too many can't handle the freedom, need more structure, and blame management when they don't fit in to a start-up climate.
