      There is a lot of nice work to be done.

      Cons

      No respect to engineers and direction to the employees. They don't maintain salary discipline across seniors vs juniors.

      Pros

      Free lunch & free food in offices wfh once a week generous pto if you’re salaried (if not then not great pto)

      Cons

      HR is inept. I was harassed based on disability and the only person on my team to have my back was my manager who was based in another office. This company acts like it’s the best at everything & promotes itself well but don’t be fooled by social media. Critiques of the company and management are ignored, as well as any input received from anyone under C-suite.
