      Good company BUT NO SALARY HIKE FOR LAST 2-3 YEARS

      Cons

      - No salary hike for last 2-3 years - No promotion for last 2 years, only managers get promoted. - In recent years company has become more of sales company than software company

      Company is growing very fast in an exciting space. There is tremendous potential and growth opportunities are available for anyone willing to seize them. Contribution is recognized and acknowledged. Overall a great place to work

      Fast growth comes with its challenges. The company keep reinventing itself depending on its growth stage. That dynamic environment is not for everyone, but can be a boon for career growth
