Employees are at the whims of their direct supervisor (my boss was super flexible, my coworker’s was insanely strict and made her work insane overtime). There is zero onboarding process, it’s sink or swim. They say your salary is “75k” but it’s actually 60k and you get the other 15k a year after you’re hired in weird bonus intervals - if they decide you’ve earned it. They did construction literally right next to my office, like my office was in an active construction zone, and they refused to let me work from home. The nepotism there is truly out of hand. Almost every single person that works there is someone’s cousin or aunt or friend, etc.
