They will work you to burn out intentionally and make you sign a waiver. When a fellow employee is sick at work and goes home and dies after being forced to finish his tasks, they are more concerned with the production than its employees well-being. Only after they heard we were pissed at the dead employees disrespect did they decide to address it over a week later. You are passively disciplined for non violations by management. They hire illegal people thru temp agency just to let them go before taxes just to rehire after as witnessed. No follow thru on any agreement or promise made. Most of the equipment doesn't work and they will keep you later because of it. Pay attention, I was hired at a dollar more than what I was eventually paid and had to wait 3 months to get access to my paystubs before I found out. No Christmas pay even though they claim they do. They have a loophole. Overall just a bad company to work for I dont rate jobs but this one deserves to be So much more but at this point im looking elsewhere and I was not fired or ever written up. I
