Pros

Upper management, ethical business practices, genuine care and concern for team members. Weekly meetings where everyone gets a chance to tell the rest of the teams how others have helped them out, and acted in accordance with company principles and credo statements. We really are a family here, I have never had the pleasure of working somewhere without the office politics, and immature games. We are all here because we have a drive to succeed.

Cons

You'll never be able to give back enough to the team who consistently go above and beyond not only for their clients but for their teammates.

Pros

If you want to be challenged, if you want to have your skills pushed beyond what you thought possible, then ResMan is the place for you. We work hard because we believe in our products and because we truly care about the customer's experience. All departments work together as a united team and we want everyone to succeed. There is a real sense of community here, led by our executive team. From our CEO to our SVPs every member of the leadership team is approachable and invested in their employees. ResMunch is our weekly company lunch that is meant to bring us together so that we can acknowledge the accomplishments of our fellow "ResManites". We receive department updates from the executives, but the assertion that ResMunch is about the SVPs stroking their own egos is ridiculous.

Cons

Insurance is great if you don't have any real medical issues. We are overflowing our current office space, but there is already a plan to fix that issue.
