Pros
Unlike a recently posted review of the company, Resman is a very good place to work for those who are committed to making it so. Sure there are some legitimate complaints - as with any company and any startup. But to assert that everything including staff are all below mediocre is pure ...., well to be politically correct and topical, "fake news". I can state for a fact that management does listen and demonstrates they are willing to make changes. As with any company, not all employee complaints or suggestions get resolved or implemented. This is the real world, after all. Anyone working here can easily debunk the false allegation that management just praises upper management at our lunches where it is typically the exact opposite. Prospective employees should know that investing time and energy here can pay off with the right attitude and respect for those you would work with.
Cons
At times, trying to do too much with less, or with not enough. Office space is limited. Health insurance could be better.
