Amazing culture. Customers love the product, which is underserved by the big players in the industry (mid-market real estate software).

Healthcare is more than I've had at other companies, around $600 a paycheck.

Pros

I can’t really think of my pros when I left from an internal perspective. The customers were great !

Cons

ResMan was a great place to work before it was sold to Private Equity. I was forced to step up and do two jobs for the salary of one. Very ungrateful and grumesome work conditions, especially during month-end close. It was an extremely thankless experience and no matter how hard I worked it was never good enough . No work life balance and worked every holiday, even till 4:30am once!
