Like every job that I've ever had, some assignments are more fun than others. Some projects are extremely challenging based on schedule and budget

There is a lot of freedom to create the right processes for a project and project managers are given a lot of room to manage their projects as they see fit. People are talented and the hiring process results in quality developers.

Cons

Not great holiday and vacation benefits. Pay is a bit lower than industry standards for job description and experience.
