Pros

Sorry there are no pros. This company is the absolute worst.

Cons

Where to start. The management doesn't care about anything but numbers. They don't care about employees, they hold breaks and lunches and are always running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The stress levels are too high. There's no adequate floor support. They overwork and underpay. Save yourself the time and find a place that cares about their employees because you won't find that here.

Pros

Their building has air conditioning

Cons

The office smells like a litter box due to infrequent cleaning. They hire and fire so many people each week that management literally can't keep track of what's going on. They only pay $9.50 an hour, but get paid double that by their clients. You will never get promoted, or get paid vacation, or get higher pay. That's the hard reality. You will also spend 3-4 hours on a "job interview" that involves a few hundred personality questions that even management ignores.
