Pros

sometimes they have free food, which even then isn't all that great. 20 words is too many good things to say.

Cons

where do we begin? The Results company is a piece of garbage, the managers don't know what they're doing, if you have a question when you're on a call, even if a manager is around which is rare they won't be able to help you at all. They will say call the help desk, which is run by a bunch of jerks and make you feel stupid for not knowing how to do something you have never done before. The managers just kind of do what they want and it seems they don't give a crap about you its favoritism at its finest. The attendance policy is awful every hour you miss is equal to 1 point, 48 points and you are fired. how do you get rid of points? one month of perfect attendance lets say you miss a day on June 1st, you can't get rid of those points until the end of July with perfect attendance it doesn't make a lot of sense. The systems they have there are archaic, and they also crash at least 4 times per shift. so lets say you are on an emergency call and your system crashes (yes that has happened to me) you can't communicate with the other agent who is supposed to be calling the police for you. seems kind of dangerous, you would expect better service than that for something that costs over 300 a year and with name brand vehicles like Lexus and BMW. The whole place is sketch and you are not moving up unless you know someone really well. The pay starts at 12.00/hr and you can potentially make up to 13.00 they say you can go higher but then when you get to 13.00 they say that's the cap, sorry buddy. Its a dirty place the computers and keyboards are disgusting and never get cleaned unless you do it. If you need a check this place will hire you I don't know if that makes it worth it though, its an awful place.

Pros

The company was recently sold off due to performance and merged with a compatible company which over time could provide an opportunity for good leadership to enter into the most senior ranks.

Cons

This company currently lacks leadership throughout the entire C-Suite, starting with the CEO. Every C-level executive is in over their head and lacks the skills and capability to run an organization of this size (which is not that big).

Pros

There are no pros to working for the Results Companies. Say far far away.

Cons

Leadership above the Operations Manager level will lie to you and make promises they have no intention of keeping. Employees are terminated without cause. Difficult for former employees to receive final paychecks. The point system is biased and rewards habitual attendance offenders who are able to secure a doctor's note but punishes individuals without insurance who cannot afford to see a doctor for minor illnesses. HR department is aggressively rude or non-responsive.
