      Easy, extremely low pay, and turns your brain into mush the longer you stay.

      Pros

      Easy Very Easy Extremely easy There are times where you're not making any phone calls at all and get paid to just sit there for free. Sometimes it lasted weeks where we didn't get a phone call. One time it was even an entire month. Though they've fixed the issue and this hasn't happened in a year. Remote

      14/hr You switch jobs every few months. You lose brain cells the longer you stay in OB and make 300-400 calls a day.

      Sometimes you’ll go weeks without a call (for $14 p/hr)

      Cons

      Management are disinterested, disorganized, reactive and only looking to cover their collective problems (which are many) Training is marginal at best Their WAN Apps are glitchy & don’t work properly 1/3 of the time They expect the employees to provide their own PCs, dual monitors, connected headsets & don’t reimburse for web access, etc. If you need to use the BR, you need to deduct from 15 minute breaks or sign out You’re a W2 employee but they don’t pay for federal holidays; if you don’t request or are approved for PTO (or have any) it’s a nonpaid day Can’t use PTO for sick time & are require 2 weeks notice that need to be pre-approved which may not be granted If you are dismissed from employment, they will not pay out your PTO; I understand losing out on sick time but your earned PTO? Too many cons, not enough pros for $14 p/hr save yourself a lot of stress & hassle
