Pros

-Solid bootcamp that will help prime you for an entry level job in the industry -Good network of clients; Many Fortune 500 opportunities. -Good culture and trainers -After placement support network and training if you need it -Raises over time with merit bonuses -Certification Reimbursement Program

Cons

-Relocation was pretty fast paced, if not outright rushed. The transition period can be stressful. -End client will be a diceroll that you will likely not know immediately or possibly even until end of training. -Their investment in you is recouped with markedly below market value pay for your work, until you can get bought out (fairly common though), or your 2 years are up. -Client placement can have you potentially relocated anywhere in the 48 states, with limited, if any, say in the matter. -Roommates, if you're in company housing.

Pros

Offered a wide variety of industry level practices

Cons

The cost of living in a metropolitan area doesn't reflect the amount your earn in training. Once you make a simple mistake in your projects, management goes out of their way to see that you no longer work for them.
