      -Company vehicle with relaxed personal driving restrictions! Overall time-off package is great -Nice starting salary -Weekly schedule is flexible

      Where do I start???? -Every year MICROMANAGING increases -Administration time in many areas was eliminated DESTROYING WORK/LIFE BALANCE -Promotion system is a JOKE.. it is largely based on how well management likes you and not your performance -Company's strategic direction is scary!!!! A lot of uncertainty so watch out for job cuts. ***Career largely based off of the ease of the territory you receive and your BOSS. --A lot of your day-to-day work is no big-picture focused

      Too much merchandising. Aggressive marketing strategies that are unethical. Re-locating to a place you don't like. Years to get promoted.
