Think twice before getting involved with this Company

Pros

Benefits are good, pay is good, office is beautiful, co-workers at my level are great.

Cons

Since 2007 this company has gone downhill since RJRT has come thru the doors. The transition of duties and jobs to RJRT in North Carolina have left many people that made this company what it is today without jobs. It is all about the all mighty dollar and trying to bring Marlboro down. There is a tremendous amount of favoritism, and if you are in the right crowd, you will do nothing wrong, get good raises, take long lunches, and basically come and go as you please on work hours.

Flexible schedule. great work life balance. Comapnay car, cell phone, lap top, gas paid for. good compensation. Smart good people to work with.

Cons

Promotions are based off what your boss thinks of you and less on performance. Need to reevaluate promotion process again.
