Pros

The Student Associate program is a great opportunity for students to get experience as staffers at the college. It's also a nice bonus that the pay rate goes up .25 for each year of participating in the program.

Cons

However, it does make pursuing other internship opportunities difficult.

Learned about quality service, good office/phone etiquette, college related processes in regards to infastructure (day to day operations), and web development

Cons

Sometimes busy work wasn't very fun, but I guess that comes with the territory.
