Pros

Inspirational students, faculty, and staff. Overall a very caring and conscientious work environment. Fantastic benefits and leave time, even at entry levels. Good opportunities for growth.

Cons

Difficult to utilize any of the class benefits for full-time staff, so that you will never or rarely have the opportunity to take the free courses as part of the benefits package.

Great place to work. Great people to work with. very laid back but still accomplish all that needs to be accomplished.

Cons

It's in Memphis, not necessarily bad... just not a place I wanted to be so hard to want to stay so I didn't.

I've always felt supported and appreciated by my colleagues. Furthermore, I greatly appreciate the opportunity to work in a challenging and fulfilling environment.

Cons

There's limited room for career growth and it seems as though many promotion decisions are made on a political rather than a merit basis.
