Thank you for your comments. You have described many points that make up the Richter culture and that we are proud of including a focus on learning & development, our open door policy, a fun and social team environment and people who are highly knowledgeable. We also recognise that it is hard to manage work and life, so we offer a variety of flexible work options to help our people. We could be better at recognising our teams efforts on a more regular and consistent basis. This year, we have placed an emphasis on people manager training and communication to encourage our managers to use a variety of recognition methods on a day to day basis.
