Pros

Benefits are ok, but not great. They do have a company pension plan which is good.

Cons

If you're a service tech for this company, you'll get frustrated fast. They have zero respect for us and every since they introduced the Oracle dispatching system, it's been a total mess. If I could give it zero stars I would, it's that bad.

Friendly coworkers was the only good thing

Terrible pay for how much you work, hours also not great, and very few growth opportunities.

Not a positive place to work

Pros

The company has a standard benefits program for its employees, offer a good retirement package, and job security (at least pre-pandemic time).

Cons

The management does not care about the employees. I worked with people that have been with the company for `18 years plus, and their wages are just a little over the minimum wage. A lot of the managers are unprofessional and do not provide the necessary support to help their employees. The company will try to find ways to undercut its workers to increase profit. Bringing in a union for the bottom line workers would help alleviate these issues.
