Pros

A good company to start, good training and development. Lots to learn. if you are strating out it is ok .

Cons

Very low pay for the work. Micro management. Very bad CRM and lots of reporting. Dealers are dissatisfied with the company.

Pros

They are very flexible in allowing time off to take care of family/personal business. Fello sales reps usually willing to help you.

Cons

Micromanagement. Meetings. Commissions have been slashed. Poor management. They are having enormous problems with billing after trying to implement Oracle database system. Low salary.

Great company with great products and services. Training and support are excellent. Benefits are also great. Name recognition is a plus.

Cons

The salary is disappointing. The micro-managing is horrible. The meetings are too long. Every day there is a meeting. The commission structure is not great.
