Competitive pay, flexible, open office environment, great people, free fruits and snacks twice a week

Cons

Too many lay-offs and organization restructure. Once you get older you are no longer safe. Ricoh gets rid of people over 55 by offering VSIP packages. Decline them, they'll get rid of you during lay-offs. Tenure means nothing to them.

Cons

As a global company with extensive infrastructure and resources, initially navigating through Ricoh can take some time. However, the employees are very collaborative and help newly hired employees get acclimated quickly to the organization.
