      Pros

      The work is exciting and meaningful. There's plenty of room for creativity, and no day is ever boring. You're surrounded by brilliant, passionate people who care deeply. Chad is an extremely talented CEO, and there has been a concerted effort in the last year to bring in experienced leaders around him. Benefits are good and ever-improving.

      Cons

      The pace is aggressive, as it needs to be, which means burnout is a real possibility.

      Pros

      There are very few companies attempting to do the work Rigetti is doing, and the people are some of the brightest and most humble I've ever worked with. They're fun, too!

      Cons

      The stakes are high, and the pace is fast. You have to know how to find balance for yourself.

      Pros

      The organizational composition is made up of extremely sharp, humble individuals, that are willing to share out their domain knowledge in their respective fields. There is a real opportunity for every new team member to make an immediate impact. Communal lunches and dinners, team offsites, and open offices all contribute to great team feel.

      Cons

      ..the standard growing pains that afflict every growth stage company. Having multiple offices creates some communication latency. The upside is that people are engaged and openly give constructive feedback.
