      Pros

      Great place to work. Management seems genuinely concerned with my success and how I contribute to the success of the company. What we're working on is incredibly challenging and exciting work. Management communicates well with the rest of the company. Employees have both the autonomy and the support needed to make huge accomplishments.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but it's a startup so sometimes you have to be willing to go above and beyond and put in some extra effort. But, if you like that atmosphere, you'll thrive at Rigetti.
