      Fast paced work environment but work-life balance is top notch. Great team and fostered community within the department. Management is less about the hierarchy and more about camaraderie.       Cutting edge technology, world-class physicists and engineers

      Hire and fire culture, politics, constantly missing targets, qubits just aren't good enough and may never get there due to low quality management team and leadership

      Pros

      some of the most smartest and nicest people to work with. A very good company culture and many women in leadership and scientific positions makes way for an open and equal work environment. Having worked in corporate big companies and startups in the bay area, Rigetti is surely a great company with good organizational leadership and great work culture + ethics. I got an amazing opportunity to learn from my peers on a very cutting edge technology of quantum hardware!

      Cons

      Due to the technology and market dynamics, opportunity to do more innovative work has reduced. This should not be lost and can be revived again.
