My students and parents were very kind

Cons

The staff in the office had little to no contact with those of us out in the schools. When they showed up it was to criticize what we were doing and they were not understanding that through conversations with the parents some students needed individualize attention and had different learning goals.

Depending on your site you may be given management opportunities and get rewarding work in education. Very flexible about your hours.

Cons

They tried to reduce my pay between the email offer letter and official offer letter. Management is way out of touch with day to day of each site. They want you to be part-time so they don't give you benefits.
