Pros

The curriculum and activities that are developed for both before and after school as well as summer camps are genuinely amazing. It is easy to follow and the kids truly enjoy it!! I work with an amazing team, and never have to worry about not having enough support. There is always someone to step up and help out, and each person is striving to do what is best for the children in our care! My team believes in staff development and helping employees reach their full potential.

I wish I would have started with Right at School sooner!

Pros

I just came back from vacation last night and I know this makes me sound weird, but I am so happy to be back. I respect and enjoy my colleagues, and I missed everyone! I like the things we get to work on together, and I am so proud of our mission. It's also great that we get to serve children all year long in schools and camps, and that all of us, whether we work in the schools or in the central office, contribute to our mission and vision every day.

Cons

Many of us in the central office don't get the chance to be in schools as much as we would like. And as we grow, our workload will continue to evolve--it's certainly not getting any easier. For educators, I know it's super hard work to serve children every single day, but it is also a great blessing and incredibly rewarding, so I hope that helps balance things out.

Fulfilling the Mission & Growth Opportunities

Pros

This is not an organization that has a mission in theory only. This organization takes their mission to heart and ensures that each department from the CEO all the way down works to fulfill the mission in everything they do. There is a lot of opportunity for employees to grow within the organization, especially as the organization itself continues to grow. The culture within the organization is extremely supportive of one another and at the end of the day everything we do comes back to the mission.

Cons

Due to the fact that a majority of the work for onsite staff is part time- it would be great to continue to add incentives. There are already many incentives for part time staff (especially in comparison to similar companies).
