Right place at the wrong time

Pros

A forward-thinking company, fully remote, embraces technology, unlimited time off, and flexible working hours. A fantastic, eclectic team of highly intelligent people.

Cons

Unfortunately, I got in at the wrong time, just before my department was laid off. That's not to say it's a bad company to work for. If you are well versed in rights & royalties, you can make entertainment industry connections and have a thriving career.

Great Culture, Great People, Great Products

Pros

This workplace review couldn't be better. The people here are fantastic, and the work-life balance is exceptional. The benefits package is highly competitive, and the company culture is incredibly inclusive and supportive. We're fortunate to be serving exciting products and markets. Moreover, the company consistently strives to enhance every aspect of our operations. The unlimited paid time off and the alternate Friday work week are absolutely awesome perks.

Cons

Wish we had more in-person meetings, but in general no cons. Rightsline is a great place to work.

good work/life balance

Pros

1. The folks are all very nice. 2. Every other Friday is a paid day off. 3. They do a lot to help train newbies and make them feel valued. 4. Fully remote. 5. Product is very interesting to work on.

Cons

1. Difficult product to learn (though they allow for extended training). 2. Health care plans could be more robust. (But at least they have them!)
