Unlimited PTO, every other Friday off

Cons

The CEO and the rest of management don't understand the product or the market. High level decisions are not made with any kind of insight or understanding of what's going on at the ground level. All of the suspiciously recently hired executives seem to be totally ignorant of the business. They're hiring for less important roles while laying off essential staff. This company is all smoke and no fire, and they're ruining what were once market-leading products.

Initially the company culture was amazing. Everyone was helpful.

Cons

New management brought new challenges and the loyalty left. The company is now about metrics even if certain positions don't have billable work, they'll hold it against you.
