Great work-life balance but new CEO changes hurt flexibility

Work / life balance Unlimited PTO Great people to work alongside Manageable workload

Cons

New CEO. Replaced old CEO overnight and changed a lot of things. Went from hybrid 2 days a week in office to fully in office taking away a lot of the flexibility that was great about working for this company. No room for growth really.

Cons

Management micromanages. Will overwork employees during periods of short staffing. Not a lot of free time you'll have the energy to use outside of work. Staff is transphobic.

•At one point, the company was innovative and exciting to work for. •Wireless communications is an interesting area to work in and the company serves many rural areas.

Cons

•Pay was below market, turnover was high, and there seemed to be few opportunities for advancement. •The company drafted new values but never seemed to actually try to live up to them. After a while, it seemed like they never talked about them at all. •There weren’t many great opportunities outside work to get to know coworkers and most of the events that were held weren’t paid for by the company. •The company struggled to find success and obtained profitability. It led to a lot of good employees either leaving or burning out.
