      Good pay. Great location. Some colleagues are super nice and helpful.

      The company is in a very good industry to do a lot of good things.

      Cons

      Management is dishonest changes direction all the time. Fly by the seat of your pants. If you do a job job and get raises they find ways to get rid of you because you make too much. Your direct supervisor will look you straigth in the eye and give you some stupid answer expecting you to be dumb enough to believe it. People that have been there for yrs and put in hard work to put the company where it is today passed over time and time again for promotion because they will make too much $$. Promoting people they like and incompetent people.

      Good company mission, paid train pass or parking, building location, talking to students, Sunday's off, and monthly all staff lunch gatherings

      Cons

      Revolving door of upper level management, dishonest, favoritism, micromanagement, keep changing what schools we are on, and bathrooms are really gross
