Really smart people trying to do the right thing.

Cons

Too many egos, bad leaders, petty turf wars, promotion of unqualified personal b/c they are friends, lack of general respect of differing opinions, too many rules to follow making the organization inefficient thus ineffective.

Petty in-fighting, revolving door policy, too many of the wrong people given decision making, lack of cohesive team attitudes; too much purposely positioned competitiveness between and among departments.
