Pros

RIsepoint is a rare mix - a company where you truly feel you can do well by doing good. My colleagues are passionate about expanding access to higher education to working adults. They are also strategic, collaborative, and driven. Leadership is strong and intentional. With an acquisition a year ago, there has been a lot of listening to employees, with clear changes resulting from that effort, such as significantly improved benefits.

Cons

With any fast-growing company, there will be change, and change is often hard for people.
