Pros

Winter break holiday off at the end of the year, diverse atmosphere, fun and helpful teams to work with, medical coverage is ok but looks to be getting better, PTO 18 days starting out

Cons

Higher ups are very out of touch with the student facing employees. They set many expectations and requirements of these teams which add extra busy work when it is just lowering moral across the department. Many technical delays that cause disruptions in work and little to no help from the training team, IT, and the higher managers when there are questions.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback, and we’re glad you enjoyed the end of year shutdown, and that you find our PTO, diverse atmosphere, and great teams benefits to working at Risepoint. We are sorry to hear about the challenges you are having around technology. We recommend you reach out to the Business Technology Team or to your People Business Partner to help mitigate some of these issues. We appreciate your feedback related to challenges you are having interdepartmentally and cross-functionally. Times of integration and change are not easy, and we value your feedback. Pros

Joining Risepoint has been a breath of fresh air. This is a fantastic place to work, especially for those who value flexibility, strong leadership, and a collaborative environment. Leadership is transparent and genuinely cares about employees' growth and well-being. The remote work culture is well-supported, and there's a strong emphasis on improving processes and making meaningful changes. It’s exciting to be part of a company that is growing and evolving in a thoughtful, strategic way. My favorite part of the work we do is that we are all moving the same direction to make education more accessible for everyone.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are areas still being refined, particularly around operations and scaling processes. However, leadership is open to feedback and actively working to improve these areas.
