I hate it here

Pros

None. Think about your sanity before deciding to work here.

Cons

There is zero work life balance! Micromanaged every second of your day. Even in a remote setting, there is no wiggle room. Management is a joke and does not have the necessary credentials or experience. It is all about who you know. This place is full of drama!

Pros

You'll meet some exceptional people and enjoy good company benefits

Cons

Some key managers are poorly trained and simply should not be in leadership positions; managers do not know how to communicate expectations, become angry and stressed, and then take out their feelings of inadequacy on those they're supposed to manage. A lot of rude, demeaning behavior happening, effecting whole departments. I would not recommend this company at this time.
