Pros

Remote work is the only real benefit.

Cons

If you’re not in the inner circle, your career here won’t last. Layoffs are constant, and leadership shows no concern for employee stability. Even higher-ups dislike working here but stay for the paycheck. Extreme micromanagement kills morale and productivity. Partner universities are stuck in contracts they can’t escape. The CEO is arrogant, and his inner circle is no better. So many good people have been let go, destroying team dynamics. This is not a long-term company—expect to eventually be laid off. The culture feels like modern-day slave labor. The good reviews you see here are from the inside to boost ratings. RP even advertises to its employees to leave positive reviews on sites so it won't appear as negatively.

Pros

Academic Partnerships used to be mission and people and values focused making a huge difference in making education more affordable across the country.

Cons

Once Fernando Bleichmar came on, values went out the window. All that matters is Fernando and the PE overlords. They made a promise to you for your year's of dedication and results? Gone. If you're not a Fernando pick you mean nothing.

Pros

Seriously run. It's a glorified telemarketing job. You have ZERO communication with the university partnerships as an Enrollment Specialist. You are micromanaged for every second of the day. It is degrading and humiliating.

Cons

Everything sucks at this organization
