      A Positive Experience at Risepoint

      Pros

      I’ve had a wonderful time at Risepoint, especially since the merger. The transition was handled smoothly, and I appreciate the open-mindedness and optimism here. The leadership team is transparent, responsive, and accountable. While there is still integration work to be done, I genuinely love our mission and what we do for our students and their local communities.

      Cons

      The benefits package isn't ideal. I am looking forward to seeing our new benefits options after the survey this year.

      Employees are truly valued and everyone I work with is amazing. Managers are very involved and communicate effectively. We are always informed of changes the company is making and leadership has been transparent in the transition we are in with the merger

      None currently. Awaiting more opportunity for growth once the merger is complete.
