      Pros

      My pros at Academic Partnerships (now Risepoint) are that the people here are great and the culture is positive and uplifting. Your managers really care about your wellbeing, and your colleagues feel like a team. We've been through a lot of changes recently, but I feel that those higher up really do strive to listen to everyone's opinions and made decisions that are best for the company. I've really enjoyed my time here, and I am excited for what the future will hold.

      The pay could be a bit higher.

      Used to be a great company to work at, great benefits, talented people. However, changes in leadership have caused a lot of job insecurity for employees.
