Cons

Hard to move out of enrollment into other departments that are non-phone related. They require you to move from enrollment specialist, to senior enrollment, to executive...unless you know the "right" people

Pros

The company offers fairly competitive pay, but if you are looking for flexibility, the enrollment specialist role is not very adaptive. The benefits are fairly standard, and I would say if there is more job security than other higher ed. companies.

Cons

My department feels a step away from a call-center with the influx of inbound and outbound calls, so prepare to dial every two minutes.
