Pros

Remote Colleagues Shriving to be inclusive Most of the managers are pretty decent Get to help students with their career and personal goals Tuition Reimbursement They are trying to improve culture

Cons

Raises based on tenure- if doing this look at the economy even with a 2% raise you’re making less than what you did the prior year Hard to move up Only PTO no sick time or mental health days offered Training is minimum Benefits could be better Burnout due to redundant work and steady deadlines QA calls- really doesn’t help better the experience. Feels like someone had nothing better to do but make a fake sounding guide.

Pros

The pay is great, with great benefits. It is a work from home job which is nice.

Cons

The structure of the job, leads to burnout due to what seems like a lot of busy work.
