Pros

Remote Work, company facing work is not difficult, Middle management and lower are often great people, Personally not micromanaged (though that is likely team specific)

Cons

Leadership that claims transparency while taking action behind closed doors. Frequent layoffs, job never feels truly safe or stable. Very much focused on 'do more with less'. Does not give employees standard tech to do their jobs, but leadership is obsessed with AI.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We recognize that this feedback reflects real concern, particularly around stability and how change is experienced by employees, and we take that seriously. We understand that frequent change and adjustments can create uncertainty and impact how supported people feel in their roles. We know that transparency, clear communication, and consistent investment in our people are essential areas where we must continue to focus on as we evolve. We also appreciate your acknowledgment of the strong work being done by our managers and frontline teams. Supporting employees with the right tools, technology, and leadership remains a priority as we evolve our strategy and ways of working. Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. Perspectives like this help inform where we need to listen more closely and do better.
