Pros

High base compensation, great office location, there are some really talented people here this is a very good business proposition at least in the US side

Cons

High turnover, culture of fear, senior leadership turns over constantly, and CEO seem completely out of touch with the business. Lack of increases and bonus

Thank you for sharing your point of view. Our founder and chairman works closely with our senior leadership team and drives AP’s vision and strategy. He spends the majority of his time traveling around the world, visiting the existing and prospective partner universities as well as industry leaders. Because of these ongoing interactions, he understands very well the needs of our customers and the higher education space.

Pros

Potential to make money according to comp plan, but management will not allow this to happen. Things are shifted before deal can close

Cons

So Many. This is a ship on the wrong path and Sr. Management changes the organizational chart every month or two. Very high turnover and low moral.

Pros

It is hard to think of anything positive to say about this company but if I have to, I guess it would be that it operates in a growing industry and easier access to education can benefit people.

Cons

Do not trust these people with your career or anything else. This company is simply the worst managed company I have ever worked for run by the worst people I have ever worked for. Not only are the negative reviews about this company on here true, but the reviewers are being kind. Read these reviews very closely. The positive reviews on this site must have been written by some new hire that hasn't smelled the coffee yet or some PR rep that has probably since been fired. This excuse that constant change occurs at this company because they are making the company more efficient is patently ridiculous. Constantly hiring and firing and hiring and firing over and over and over again makes zero sense in any context. This company has burned so many good people and yet the same incompetent people running this place are still there. Some of the things I witnessed at this company include unethical employment and business practices, unrealistic/ridiculous expectations, random and unjustified firings, lies, pitiful business ideas that change literally daily.. Its a joke. If you're thinking of working here, do yourself a favor and keep looking.
