Pros

benefits aren't bad, autonomy is a plus, became more open to telecommuting when necessary, most employees are friendly and always willing to help

Cons

sub-par salary/pay, management is terrible, getting a raise is nearly impossible; even with documented sales revenue success and excellent performance reviews, the company as a whole operates as 'islands' so cross-selling to another specialty division is a waste of time...or through my own experience, you run the risk of having someone else within the organization go out of their way to take an account you control; which is beyond unethical.

Pros

Some of my co-workers were nice and they had parties every once in a while. Free coffee. The work isn't hard, but it is a lot to learn and takes time. I can't think of anything else to say.

Cons

Training was pretty much non-existent. My manager went over some of the software for half of my first day, then I shadowed a co-worker for the rest of the day. My second day I was treated like I had been there for a year with the amount of work they gave me. I had to ask for help from co-workers which took them away from their work. The employees I was supposed to consider my superiors always said in our weekly meetings that if we need help, they are available, but when I would ask them for help they would get visibly upset. At the time I felt the pay was good since it was my first job out of college, but once I started to look elsewhere I realized the pay was below average and the benefits were awful. The work week was 37.5 hours, but at least twice a month they require you to come in on a Saturday.

Pros

Most of the people were kind.

Cons

Those in management roles shouldn't be leading a line at the grocery store much less people. Egomaniacs - think that just because of their title they are owed respect. Servant leadership would go a long way in making this company better. It starts from the top. The CEO is not a good person. I wouldn't work here again if they tripled my salary.
