Pros

If you know what you're doing you can coast by with little work. There is some flexibility and you can occasionally work from home. There is no micro-managing so there is flexibility in what you do.

Cons

Management does not have vision, and job titles are loosely defined and understood. Nepotism rules, and if you're not personal friends with the top there is no promotion opportunities. Sexist, ego driven culture.

Employees on branch level are hard working, ethical and professional

Cons

Upper management is non responsive to branch issues and basically want you to do more with less and run the branch like a sweat shop. They could care less about their employees.

It's a job with terrible benefits. That is the best thing I can say about this place.

Cons

Awful work environment, serious micro management, low paying, favoritism and nepotism at its finest.....Not a pleasant place to work at all.
